CHANGE IN THE DATE AND VENUE OF EXEL’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Depart from the date announced earlier Exel Oyj will hold its
Annual General Meeting on Thursday 6 April 2006 at 10.00 am. The
venue has also changed and the meeting will be held at
Satakuntatalo’s festival hall at Lapinrinne 1 A, 00180 Helsinki,
Finland.
