Insiders 

Exel Composites Plc’s insider policy is based on the Finnish Securities Act and complies with the Guidelines for Insiders issued by Nasdaq Helsinki. Exel Composites’ insiders consist of public insiders, permanent insiders and project-specific insiders.

Public insiders consist of members of the Board of Directors, the CEO, the members of the Group Management Team and the Auditor in Charge.

Permanent insiders are such persons belonging to the Company’s organs and persons employed by the Company who regularly have access to inside information due to their positions or tasks.

Separate, non-public, project-specific insider registers are maintained for insider projects. Persons defined as project-specific insiders are those who, in the course of their duties in connection with a project, receive information concerning the Company which, when realized, is likely to have a significant effect on the value of the Company’s publicly-traded securities.

Insiders are not allowed to purchase or sell securities issued by the Company during the period of 3 weeks preceding the publication of interim reports or the Company’s annual accounts and during the day of the publication (the so-called “Closed Window”).

Exel Composites’ Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the coordination and supervision of insider issues.
