Sales Manager, Germany

We are looking for Exel Composites a Sales Manager (home office) for Germany. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a new customer acquisition and daily account management. If you are familiar with different kind of industries with different kind of customers and especially, if you are burning for sales, then here is the next challenge for you:


SALES MANAGER GERMANY (home office)

 

Your Tasks:

• Increase the top line and achieve profitable organic growth in Germany.
• To find new customers, customer segments, applications and products in close co-operation with Exel Technical Sales and colleagues in Sales by using cold call techniques, business directories, prospects, onsite field visits etc.
• To maintain an updated pipeline and CRM database of qualified leads and sales cases through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face visits, email, and networking.
• Active participation in marketing activities (both external and internal) in area.
• Understand local market conditions and customer needs to drive results in order to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up the competition activities and reporting them to the headquarter.


Your profile:

• Technical or/and commercial education or studies with a strong understanding of technical and sales processes
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, desirable in one of Exel´s customer segments
• Proven success in defining sales process and strong focus on results and the will to work independently.
• Adequate understanding of composite technology and project management (product development and customer projects) or ability and willingness to rapidly learn it.
• Strong business sense with negotiation and communication skills
• Solid understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel in Germany is a prerequisite
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in German (verbal & written) and English (verbal & written). Other language skills is an asset
